How Compass Care Plans work

Each Compass Care Plan includes an annual labour allowance.

This allows us to plan work properly, maintain quality, and be upfront if something falls outside the plan.

If additional work is required we will:

- Explain what’s needed
- Provide a clear quote
- Only proceed with your approval

No open-ended labour. No surprise bills.

Diagnostics explained

Where included, Compass Care Plans provide diagnostic triage only—an initial scan and assessment to identify likely issues.

Further investigation, fault-finding, or testing is always quoted separately and only carried out with your consent.

Compass Care Plans do not include:

  • Repairs or fault rectification
  • Wear-and-tear components
  • Extended diagnostics or testing
  • Accidental damage or breakdown cover

Anything outside routine maintenance is discussed and approved in advance.

Booking & availability
